Before an architect draws anything, they survey the site. We do the same for how something feels. We spend time inside it, talk to the people who run it and the people it’s for, and work out why it feels the way it does. Then we write down what needs to change.

For one thing that has to go right: a launch, a name, an opening, a speech. We tell you, in writing, what it should feel like and what’s getting in the way.
The Survey
For the whole company, place, government or campaign. We spend real time inside it, then write down the few ideas it runs on, the words it should use, the moments that have to go right, and what to stop doing. Your team works from it without us.
Standing Counsel
For after a Survey. We stay close as it grows, keep the Survey up to date, and give you our view on the decisions that change how it feels.
Each one is shaped around what we’re surveying. We take on a few a year.
